to do. this is what grading looks like. You guys pulled off a good deal of work in a short time. I appreciate your diligence, and now know that you will respond well to a push (shove). We have a a lot of work to do this semester, but I can assure you that it will be worth it.

with only around 16 hours to spare, im sure heads are getting hurt and fingers are getting cut. Just remember its all for a good cause. . .the betterment of you own life. . . so that you can help others . . . by making better things. . . not just more.
We really threw you all to the wolves in this first project with just two weeks ( one for a few ) to pull together some pretty and notoriously ambigious notions and problem drivers to create something special. We should never work towards ‘just another’ of x or y, but towards a new way of creating, consuming, and behaving that is ever more considerate and compassionate. This is no easy task.
At any rate, I am super excited for all of you and your apparent eagerness to face the challenges this semester has waiting for you. As you work through these next 16 hours just remember how important what you are doing really is, and how your ability to learn from your mistakes and ‘pull this off’ only gets smoother with time. We are designers and it is our job to solve problems creatively .. . with great consideration for those people and systems which it affects. . . THEN communicate it. So speak up and tell a great story.
